**BANCO AZTECA IS HIRING:** COLLECTIONS AGENT As a Motorcycle Collections Agent, you will cover absences of regular agents, visiting customers during their first weeks of delinquency or with significant arrears, and establishing repayment plans enabling them to bring their accounts current. **Key Responsibilities:** Visit customers when regular agents are on vacation, on medical leave, or underperforming. Assess customers’ needs to provide the best possible solution for bringing their accounts current. Verify and update customer information during each visit or contact. Provide respectful and courteous service to our customers. Operate a motorcycle in strict compliance with safety regulations, always wearing required and necessary protective gear. **We Offer:** Base weekly salary of $2,500 MXN. Commissions ranging from $0.00 to $1,000 MXN. Statutory benefits. Vacation entitlement starting at 12 days. Social Security (IMSS) coverage. Vacation bonus of 25%.
