**BANCO AZTECA IS HIRING:** COLLECTIONS AGENT As a motorcycle-based Collections Agent, you will cover absences of regular agents, visiting clients during their first weeks of delinquency or with significant arrears, and establishing payment plans that help them bring their accounts current. **Key Responsibilities:** Visit clients when regular agents are on vacation, incapacitated, or underperforming. Assess clients’ needs to provide the best possible solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. Confirm and update client information during each visit or contact. Provide respectful and courteous service to our clients. Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always wearing required protective gear. **We Offer:** Weekly base salary of $2,500. Commissions ranging from $0.00 to $1,000.
