Professional Profile: * Education: **Completed Bachelor's degree** in Education, Computer Science, Computational Technologies, Information Technologies, or related fields * Desired experience in Customer Service and/or Student Support, strong proficiency in ICT (educational platforms, MS Office), learning methodologies, call center operations, and technical support. Main Responsibilities: * Contact with students (phone calls and WhatsApp). * Advisory and support in using student-facing educational platforms. * Monitoring and recording of incidents, including routing them to relevant departments for resolution and coordinating support resources. * Tracking course progress, as well as notifying students regarding certification exam scheduling. * Conducting periodic surveys to assess certification attainment efficiency and strengthen the university’s academic program offerings across all levels. * Collaborating with other support areas to ensure effective communication and implementation of certification-related strategies.
