We are looking for a Furniture Manufacturing Carpenter!
What are we looking for in you?
Experience and Attitude: Proven experience in furniture manufacturing (preferably commercial, residential, or heavy-duty use) and a proactive, detail-oriented, quality-focused attitude.
Skills: Excellent proficiency with workshop tools (miter saw, table saw, router, hand tools), ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and material optimization.
Organization: Ability to work according to schedule, maintain order in your work area, and ensure each assembly and finish is perfect before leaving production.
Daily Manufacturing and Follow-up Activities
1\. Drawing Interpretation and Production Preparation
Technical drawing reading: Analyze cut lists, dimensions, and material specifications (solid wood, MDF, melamine, plywood) to begin manufacturing.
Material optimization: Perform precise cuts maximizing panel and wood usage, reporting material shortages promptly.
2\. Carpentry and Assembly Processes
Preparation and machining: Cut, plane, profile, and edge-band parts according to the requested design.
Structure assembly: Assemble furniture ensuring squareness, strength, and stability (application of adhesives, nailing, bolts, or dowels as appropriate).
Hardware installation: Install drawer slides, two-dimensional hinges, handles, and opening systems with absolute precision.
3\. Quality Control and Detailing
Pre-finishing and sanding: Prepare surfaces (filling, repairing, leveling) to make them ready for the painting/varnishing department.
In-shop adjustments: Conduct modular assembly tests to guarantee doors, drawers, and countertops fit perfectly before packaging.
4\. Internal Logistics and Maintenance
Equipment care: Perform cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on assigned machines and tools.
Order and safety: Keep your work area clean and comply with workshop safety regulations (use of personal protective equipment).
Compensation and Benefits
Variable Remuneration: Attractive bonus or incentive scheme based on productivity and on-time project delivery.

Year-end Bonus (Aguinaldo): Annual payment of 15 days (or proportional amount based on time worked), as required by law.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
