The Challenge: 90 Days to Demonstrate Your Potential You’ll join an elite group of professionals-in-training. For three months, you’ll receive direct mentorship and training in consultative sales and strategic prospecting. Upon completion, top performers will be permanently integrated into our sales team with a long-term career path. What You’ll Do During Your Training: * Hunt opportunities: Identify large enterprises that need to protect their most valuable asset—their people. * Master the CRM: Learn to manage sales processes like a pro using Odoo. * Field Sales: Hit the streets of CDMX to connect face-to-face with decision-makers. * Impactful Pitching: Learn to communicate security and business continuity solutions with agility. What We’re Looking for in You: * Recent graduate: Your degree field doesn’t matter (Civil Protection, Business, Communications, etc.)—what matters is your hunter’s mindset. * Resilience: Let a "no" fuel your drive to find the next "yes." * Insatiable curiosity: A hunger to learn about technology and prevention faster than anyone else. * Proximity: You live within 40 minutes of Col. Juárez so you can enjoy your free time.
