**Blending Supervisor** **Job Purpose:** Ensure the planning, coordination, and daily production supervision according to raw materials and established targets; verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system; confirm adherence to formulas for each model; ensure proper personnel management; maintain effective communication among involved departments; anticipate manufacturing-related issues; and guarantee quality compliance. **Responsibilities:** 1\- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the scheduling and execution of operational and administrative activities within the Department. 2\- Lead, supervise, and evaluate the implementation of work systems, procedures, methods, and controls necessary for blending and filter production. 3\- Conduct tests, collect samples, and record results to meet blending requirements per model. 4\- Ensure blends comply with model-specific parameters (formula, mixing time, pre-blends, mixing method, etc.). 5\- Manage and plan blend manufacturing according to schedules, in coordination with the manufacturing department, and anticipate inventory-related issues. 6\- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with applicable safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Education: Recent graduate in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration * Experience: Minimum 6 months **Work Environment:** * Exposure to high temperatures * Exposure to dust * Use of industrial mask, safety goggles, and earplugs * Use of raw material storage containers **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary: $17,815.92 * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210.00 * Weekly food vouchers: $200.00 * Transportation assistance bonus: $200.00 * 100% matched savings fund * Full IMSS registration at 100% of salary * 30% vacation premium * 15-day Christmas bonus * Statutory official holidays (non-working days) * Fixed Sunday rest day * Uniform and PPE **FIXED DAY SHIFT** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday Half Shift: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **LOCATION**: Los Lermas, Guadalupe, Nuevo León Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,815.92 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free parking * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
