Coordination with technical and operational teams We seek a Business Development Representative (BDR) with solid experience in consultative sales of custom software and strong capability to generate new business opportunities. This position is responsible for identifying prospects, deeply understanding customer needs, and translating them into customized digital solution proposals—technical\-economic in nature—while coordinating with technical and operations teams. The role directly impacts revenue growth, software solution adoption, and the establishment of long\-term commercial relationships. Responsibilities * Prospect and develop new business opportunities focused on **custom software solutions**. * Gather customer functional and technical requirements, understanding their business processes, needs, and objectives. * Define, jointly with technical teams, the scope of proposed software solutions. * Prepare technical\-economic proposals for software development projects, considering resources, timelines, and costs. * Follow up on commercial proposals, negotiations, and closing processes with new and existing clients. * Estimate effort, delivery timelines, and feasibility of software projects. * Coordinate with operations and development teams to ensure proper execution of committed deliverables. * Conduct demos and presentations of customized digital solutions to potential clients. * Record and maintain an updated sales funnel and opportunities in the CRM. * Prepare periodic reports on commercial progress, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. * Strengthen client relationships through consultative support and identification of new needs. * Design and implement prospecting commercial strategies targeted at selling technology solutions. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field. Preferred background in technology, software development, or consultative sales of digital solutions. Experience: * Experience in **B2B sales of custom software, technology solutions, or development services**. * Experience gathering requirements and defining functional and technical scopes. * Preparation and follow\-up of technical\-economic proposals for software projects. * Commercial negotiation with operational and executive\-level clients. * Coordination with technical, development, and operations teams. * CRM usage and sales funnel management.
