Responsible, honest, and proactive individual Principado S.A. de C.V., a company with over 30 years of experience in the paper industry, is seeking: **Procurement Assistant** **Required Profile:** * Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement. * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree (intern or graduate). * Responsible, honest, and proactive individual. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and evaluate suppliers for quotation requests. * Manage and compare product quotations. * Register authorized purchase orders in the system. * Create and control items. * Validate invoices against purchase orders. * Track pending deliveries and back orders. * Monitor delivery dates for missing products. * Handle and follow up on credit notes and billing processes. * Prepare reports directed to suppliers. * Manage documentation, payments, and expense control related to imports. **We Offer:** * Weekly net salary of **$2,200**. * Statutory benefits: * Vacation: 12 days. * Vacation bonus: 25%. * Year-end bonus: 15 days. * Full IMSS registration. * Direct employment with the company. * Continuous training. * Job stability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Work Location:** * On-site work. * Located near the **Atlalilco** metro station.
