Job Responsibilities and Details Mechanical Equipment Design: Responsible for the design, development, and improvement of mechanical equipment, fixtures, and jigs, ensuring compliance with functional and reliability standards. * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate closely with electrical engineers, software engineers, and other team members to complete end-to-end product design—from concept through implementation. * Design Specifications: Develop detailed design specifications, procedures, and documentation to ensure design quality and product performance. * Optimization: Optimize existing designs to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience. * Innovation: Participate in research and development of new products, proposing innovative design solutions and improvements. • Structural Design: Independently perform structural design of non-standard automation equipment. • Engineering Documentation: Prepare engineering drawings, CAD models, and bills of materials (BOM) for standard mechanical parts. * Assembly Guide: Guide equipment assembly and collect assembly instructions to support technicians. * Industrial Design Support: Provide professional suggestions to industrial design staff during schematic planning and design reviews. Experience and Requirements * English Proficiency: Advanced level required (written and spoken). * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or Automation. * Proficiency in SolidWorks mechanical design software. * In-depth knowledge of the mechanical design process; ability to perform schematic design and planning for non-standard automation equipment, and to provide professional guidance to industrial design staff. * Ability to independently complete engineering drawings, CAD drawings, and prepare bills of materials (BOM) for standard mechanical parts.
