Requirements: * Experience: 1 year in this field or in a similar role * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Residence within a 1-hour commute from the work location Main Responsibilities: * Collect and compile requested information for internal audits * Verify compliance with internal policies and procedures * Identify deviations, risks, or non-compliances * Prepare reports and present findings * Follow up on action plans and corrective measures * Collaborate with various departments to obtain required information Knowledge: * Internal auditing and internal control * Administrative and operational processes * Basic knowledge of internal auditing * Applicable regulations and internal policies * Excel proficiency (Intermediate) * Microsoft Office suite Skills: * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Organization and follow-up * Critical thinking * Effective and secure communication * Ethics and confidentiality * Problem-solving * Working under pressure We Offer: * Monthly salary: $10,500 Gross * Statutory Benefits: (Social security, statutory vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus) * Additional Benefits: Grocery vouchers, Attendance and Punctuality Bonus (starting after 3 months) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Location: Tultepec Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
