About the Position The assistant will work directly on web projects, AI-powered process automation, digital content design, and corporate social media management. Preferred Profile The most important requirement is proven experience with WordPress: creation, editing, plugin installation and configuration, optimization, and page maintenance. Candidates without published websites but who have mastered WordPress through personal or academic projects are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, optimize, and maintain WordPress-based websites. Design professional visual assets in Canva for social media, presentations, and websites. Support implementation of automations using n8n or similar tools. Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate digital tasks and improve work quality. Manage digital content and online presence on LinkedIn and YouTube. Perform basic video editing for short-form content, reels, and shorts. Essential Requirements Demonstrable hands-on experience with WordPress. Intermediate proficiency in Canva. Regular use of Artificial Intelligence tools. Personal computer in good working condition. Stable internet connection. Minimum availability of 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Valued (but not mandatory) Skills Experience with n8n or other no-code automation platforms. AI-assisted programming. Basic SEO knowledge. Prior experience in corporate social media management.
