Job Description We are seeking a part-time Remote Digital Assistant to join our team and support the development, maintenance, and growth of digital projects. This position is 100% remote and represents an excellent opportunity as a second job for university students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking additional income while building real-world skills through professional projects. About the Role The assistant will work directly on web projects, AI-powered process automation, digital content design, and corporate social media management. This is a dynamic, results-oriented role where the selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure to tools and methodologies transforming the digital industry. Preferred Profile The most important requirement is demonstrable experience with WordPress: page creation, editing, plugin installation and configuration, optimization, and maintenance. Candidates without publicly launched websites but who have mastered WordPress through personal or academic projects are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, optimize, and maintain WordPress-based websites. Design professional visual assets in Canva for social media, presentations, and websites. Support implementation of automations using n8n or similar tools. Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate digital tasks and improve work quality. Manage digital content and presence on LinkedIn and YouTube. Perform basic video editing for short-form content, reels, and shorts. Essential Requirements Demonstrable hands-on experience with WordPress. Intermediate proficiency in Canva. Regular use of AI tools. Personal computer in good working condition. Stable internet connection. Minimum availability of 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Valued (but not mandatory) Skills Experience with n8n or other no-code automation platforms. AI-assisted programming. Basic SEO knowledge. Prior experience managing corporate social media accounts.
