Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems, Computer Science, or Telecommunications technician or intern with solid foundations in hardware/software and network support. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware/software support, networking, and structured cabling 2. Strong service orientation and excellent attitude 3. Basic-to-intermediate technical and conversational English * **Education:** Completed technical degree, current intern, or recent graduate in Systems Engineering/Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid foundation in hardware/software support, networking, and structured cabling. * **Language:** Technical English for reading manuals and basic-to-intermediate conversational English for assisting international guests. * **Competencies:** Strong service orientation, excellent attitude, and high sense of urgency. * **Availability:** Ability to be reachable by phone for support (our operation runs 24/7). * *Desirable (but not mandatory):* Prior experience in hospitality or knowledge of systems such as Oracle Opera and Micros.
