Responsibilities: * Support in invoicing * Expense control and payment tracking * Organization of digital and physical documentation * Scheduling and assigning meetings * General support to the administrative department Requirements: * Prior experience in administrative roles (minimum 1 year) * Experience in reviewing and controlling expenses * Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, tables, filters) * Experience in invoicing * Organized, meticulous, and responsible individual * Interest in administrative and tracking tasks Ideal Profile: * High attention to detail * Consistency and employment stability * Order and discipline in information handling * Discretion and responsibility * Ability to perform repetitive tasks without losing accuracy (A bachelor’s degree is not mandatory; we value practical experience and employment stability more.)
