With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing HR, operational, and administrative processes. kellyservices.com.mx **About the Position:** We are seeking a **Financial Advisor**. **Location:** Distribuidor Vial, La Paz, #113, Colonia Adolfo López Mateos, 42094, Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service and personalized financial advisory. * Customer profiling for financing through a premium automobile dealership. * Presentation and sale of financial and insurance products. * Management, receipt, and validation of credit applications. * File integration, tracking, and administration in compliance with regulations and data protection standards. * Uploading documentation into internal systems for credit evaluation and approval. * Customer accompaniment throughout the entire credit lifecycle until contract closure. * Management of renewals, cancellations, repurchases, and refinancing. * Preparation of monthly reports on loan placements and credit tracking. * Training and support for the sales force on financial products and digital platforms. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or related field. * **Minimum 1 year of experience.** * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. * **Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, credit management platforms, and vehicle-related transaction platforms.** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong file management abilities. * Financial information analysis skills. * Experience validating documentation for credit-related procedures. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $15,500.00. * Monthly performance-based bonus. * 25% vacation premium. * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * 12 vacation days during the first year of employment. * Life insurance. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** Apply today and join a global company that values your talent.
