DE C.V.**, we seek a committed, proactive, and results-oriented **Architect / Site Resident** to supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring compliance with established timelines, quality standards, and budget. Responsibilities * On-site construction supervision and monitoring. * Coordination of contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. * Physical progress tracking and preparation of weekly reports. * Review of architectural and execution drawings. * Control of materials, estimates, and construction generators. * Verification of compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Monitoring of the construction schedule and adherence to timelines. * Client communication and participation in project progress meetings. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (graduated or final-year student). * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a site resident or construction supervisor. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation, quantity takeoffs, and estimating. * Valid driver’s license *(desirable)*. * Willingness to travel to various construction sites.
