Job Summary: Hi Tec Medical is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to provide clinical support, follow-up, and training in the operating room, with a focus on Minimally Invasive Surgery and customer/hospital staff support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical attention and assistance in the operating room regarding Minimally Invasive Surgery. 2. Induction, training, and updates on medical supplies and equipment. 3. Follow-up of administrative processes before and after surgery. Hi Tec Medical seeks your talent as: **Anesthesia Technician.** **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree and/or Technical degree in the health field. **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of operating room procedures and/or experience as an anesthesia technician. * Knowledge in the pharmaceutical field (medical supplies and instruments). **Availability:** Immediate * Provide customer service and technical assistance within the operating room related to Minimally Invasive Surgery, resolving cases and issues. * Execute attention and follow-up for assigned Minimally Invasive Surgery projects. * Deliver informative presentations to Public and Private Institutions to demonstrate product usage in the field of Minimally Invasive Surgery, as well as updates on materials, equipment, and products offered by the Company. * Conduct assigned inductions, training, and updates regarding medical supplies and equipment purchased by customers. * Perform follow-up on assigned Hospital and Health Institutions within the Minimally Invasive Surgery field. * Provide patient service and guidance to patients undergoing Minimally Invasive Surgery, as required. * Prepare and process official letters, reports, summaries, requests, reports, purchase requisitions, admission orders, memoranda, notices, spreadsheets, numerical tables, comparative analyses, compilations—including statistical ones—as well as regulatory or technical forms and charts established within their assigned department. * Review the organization and updating of local files, catalogs, registration systems, and verify correct interleaving of documents and forms. * Verify accuracy and completeness of data, documents, or forms received or prepared to continue processing, file compilation—including specialized local files and catalogs. * Analyze and clean documents or forms, determine required procedures, and distribute them for execution. * Prepare corrections, report missing items, and request information on omitted documents. * Assist company personnel, customers, and/or investors by providing information, guidance, clarification, receiving or delivering documents, and initiating procedures. * Attend training courses determined by the company according to operational programs and needs. Report on activities carried out. * Verify and control the provision of required work equipment and materials necessary for performing responsibilities. * Follow-up of administrative processes before and after surgical procedures. * Present information to determine solutions for cases and daily procedural movements, objectives, and extraordinary company events. **Work Location:** Regional Hospital of High Specialty Ixtapaluca, located at Carr.
