Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional to configure and monitor equipment, develop user manuals, train staff, and resolve system and hardware issues. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance **Technical Support** **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position * **IMPORTANT:** Experience in Technical Support and SQL database management. **Responsibilities** * Configure and monitor the company's computer equipment according to each user's specific needs (Windows, Office, Email, Intelisis, etc.) * Develop user manuals for implemented software. * Train staff on the use of programs developed and/or installed by the Systems Department; install and update computer software and/or equipment, network cabling, etc. * Provide technical advisory support to various departments of the warehouse regarding any issues arising with systems and computer equipment; back up data stored on servers * Manage the company's hardware and software inventory * Diagnose and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's computer equipment and/or systems * Resolve issues with the company's computer equipment and network * Detect and remove viruses and/or spyware * Manage the communications network * Monitor applications for electronic payments * Participate in continuous improvement technical meetings * Record incidents related to performed activities in the system * Maintain orderly work equipment and workspace, reporting any anomalies * Comply with standards established in the company's policies and procedures manuals **We Offer** * Base salary + statutory benefits **Enhanced Benefits after 3 Months:** * 13% savings fund * Enhanced year-end bonus * Enhanced vacation bonus * Employer-employee social security contribution * Uniforms * Gym membership agreement * 50% study scholarship Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
