We are a company that provides comprehensive supply chain services through collaborative logistics solution development to achieve success, trust, and satisfaction for our customers, suppliers, and Mexproud Shipping's human capital. **What you need to join our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field. * Conversational to advanced English (mandatory). * Experience: 1–2 years in Air Pricing. * Negotiation and market analysis skills. * Knowledge of INCOTERMS. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Quoting **international air freight services (import and export)** based on customer requirements. * Requesting, negotiating, and updating rates with airlines and international agents. * Analyzing costs (freight, surcharges, fuel, handling, security, etc.) to ensure **profitability and competitiveness**. * Preparing commercial proposals and following up on quotations until closure with the sales department. * Maintaining updated databases of rates, routes, and suppliers. * Identifying opportunities for cost improvement and route optimization. * Coordinating with operations to validate feasibility (space availability, transit times, restrictions). * Monitoring changes in air rates, peak seasons, surcharges, and market conditions. * Preparing pricing, margin, and performance reports (win/loss, hit rate). * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and commercial guidelines. * Supporting tenders (RFQs/RFPs) and special pricing projects. **We offer:** * Net salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Statutory and enhanced benefits: 30-day year-end bonus, meal vouchers, monthly bonus, dental insurance, vision insurance, accident insurance, life insurance, discounts at various establishments. * Career development opportunities. * Join a great place to work. **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–14:30 hrs.
