Responsibilities Administration * Preparation, control, and analysis of budgets. * Cost calculation and pricing definition. * Monitoring of accounting and tax matters with external firms. * Coordination of third-party-managed payroll payments. * Supplier administration, payments, and reconciliations. * Inventory control and administrative recordkeeping. Sales * Execution of online sales strategies. * Market development for retail sales. * Sales forecasting to ensure appropriate inventory levels. * Operational supervision of the third-party-managed sales website. Operations and Packaging * Procurement of materials for production and packaging. * Supervision of the packaging team and process control. * Verification of compliance with operational and sanitary controls. * Management of packaging material inventories. * Purchasing based on inventory levels and business needs. Requirements * Experience in administration, operations, and/or sales. * Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and administrative control. * Ability to coordinate teams and external suppliers. * Organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills. * Clear communication and results-oriented mindset.
