Whether leading a team, designing processes, or driving projects, your work ensures our customers’ products are stored, handled, and delivered accurately. At Kuehne\+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse: it helps shape the flow of global trade. ‎ Provide administrative support across operational warehouse or distribution areas, aiming to maintain control over account- or area-related documents and systems. **How You’ll Make an Impact** 1 Physical inspection of arrivals/unloadings 2 Generate damage reports and consolidate case information for KPIs 3 Administration of documents for goods dispatch 4 Validation of batches and customs entries against actual goods 5 Notification to client of incidents 6 Validation of consumables stock for operational continuity 7 Tracking reorder points for consumables (pallets, corrugated boxes, tapes, sleeves, corner protectors, stretch wrap, and micropack) 8 Walkthroughs in COTY areas (cleanliness and order) 9 Pallet count for daily occupancy 10 Generation of daily inventory report 11 Generation of drop-order report 12 Review of tax payments 13 Tracking of new models (Master Data) 14 Completion of preparation chart with invoice and credit note information 15 Generation and tracking of simplified checklists for PS audits **What We’d Like You to Bring** Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma Mandatory experience with Swiftlog system Excel proficiency Knowledge of warehouse logistics processes **What’s in It for You?** Statutory and above-statutory benefits Work Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli Who Are We?
