Personal and professional development for all employees We are a company that provides comprehensive supply chain services through collaborative problem-solving in logistics, aiming for success, trust, and satisfaction among our customers, suppliers, and the human capital of Mexproud Shipping. **What you need to join our team:** * Completed bachelor's degree * Experience: minimum 2\-3 years, preferably in a logistics company * Strong willingness to learn * Adaptability to change * **Conversational English** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting customized collections management for clients assigned to your portfolio via phone calls and/or email for preventive, corrective, or confirmation purposes regarding scheduled or estimated payment dates * Generating and sending account statements to clients for balance reconciliation * Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly collections reports assigned to you, including metrics on debt recovery rate and balance accuracy rate, to ensure proper oversight * Verifying with the administrative assistant the application of payments, credit notes, and payment supplements issued * Managing and reconciling balances related to bank commissions, discounts, and re-invoicing by preparing and applying credit notes in the system * Preparing a weekly collections forecast **We offer:** * Net salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: Grocery vouchers, savings fund, dental insurance, vision insurance, accident insurance, life insurance, discounts at various establishments. * Opportunity for career growth. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00 to 14:30 hrs.
