We are currently seeking an **Accounts Payable Analyst** who supports the registration, control, and monitoring of the company’s financial obligations to suppliers and creditors. Their primary function is to ensure invoices, supporting documents, and other related paperwork are reviewed and processed accurately, in compliance with internal policies, accounting procedures, and current tax regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Record invoices, payments, and accruals in the system * Validate supplier documentation according to tax requirements * Track outstanding invoices * Coordinate payment scheduling with Treasury * Reconcile balances with suppliers * Manage electronic invoicing platforms * Prepare accounts payable reports and analyses * Collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Accounting, and Treasury **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum **3 years** of experience in accounts payable or accounting * Knowledge of general accounting principles * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience with ERP or accounting systems (preferred) * Familiarity with electronic invoicing **Competencies and Skills:** * Results-oriented mindset and sense of urgency * High attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Clear and assertive communication * Strategic vision * Collaborative leadership and team development We Offer: · Indefinite-term employment contract · Professional and regulatory compliance-oriented environment · Appropriate tools and equipment for performing the job **Work Location:** * Base: Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX (near Patio Santa Fe) If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sports, we invite you to apply and join our team!
