**Recruiter:** Natalia Quesada **Position: ABL Capgemini Business Analyst / Systems Analyst** **Location:** Mexico City **Industry:** Banking **Work Mode: On-site** **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop technical and functional specifications for programs, components, and objects. * Define functions, stored procedures, and database structures. * Design navigation flows, interactions, and events (navigation diagrams). * Model use cases, business processes, and domain processes. * Analyze, document, and communicate functional and technical requirements. * Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and process reports. * Identify risks and perform risk mapping for proposed solutions. * Propose process and system improvements to optimize organizational operations. * Conduct analysis of the current operation through research, interviews, and data analysis. * Evaluate technological solutions considering impact, benefits, and risks. * Collaborate and communicate with senior-level stakeholders to understand business needs. * Lead workshops, working sessions, and training sessions with users and teams. * Supervise the implementation of new technologies and systems. * Track initiative progress and communicate updates to leadership. * Define and manage user requirements ensuring maximum usability. * Maintain and update project-related technical and functional documentation. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis and development. * Experience in process modeling, business analysis, and requirements elicitation. * Knowledge of diagramming techniques (UML preferred). * Experience in process documentation and report generation. * Knowledge of databases and technical functionality specification. * Experience with Microsoft tools (especially Visio). * Experience in data visualization and analysis. * Strong technical writing capability. **Skills:** * Analysis and problem-solving. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders. * Attention to detail. * Ability to synthesize information and document effectively. * Negotiation and influencing skills. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Results-oriented mindset. **Your Career at Capgemini** * Working within a team environment, our consultants focus on analyzing, designing, and developing technology-based solutions for Capgemini clients. * You will collaborate with functional, technical, and business specialists to support the implementation and integration of innovative solutions and systems—including methodologies, techniques, and tools. * You will contribute responsibly and promptly to client satisfaction by delivering services and products that generate added value. * Capgemini offers competitive compensation and benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Our global headquarters are in Paris, France, and we operate in over 50 countries.
