We deliver services across more than 50 countries in Europe, Latin America, and the United States from our 10 owned offices. **SAP Basis Administrator (QIM Environment)** --------------------------------------------- Remote Permanent Contract (FREELANCE) We are looking for an **SAP Basis Administrator** with experience in the technical administration and support of the SAP environment, focused on the operation and maintenance of the **SAP QIM (Quality Issue Management)** system. Responsibilities * Administer the SAP QIM technical environment in the back\-end. * Configure and maintain servers, instances, and system parameters. * Manage users, roles, profiles, and access permissions. * Perform database backups and restorations. * Monitor system performance, availability, and stability. * Apply patches, updates, and transports. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Resolve technical incidents and provide support to end users and functional teams. * Ensure environment security and operational continuity. * Document configurations, procedures, and technical changes. Requirements * Proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator. * Solid knowledge of SAP system administration. * Experience in server, user, and authorization configuration. * Proficiency in database backup and recovery. * Experience in system monitoring, tuning, and optimization. * Experience with SAP QIM (Quality Issue Management) is desirable. * Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and Oracle, HANA, or SQL Server databases. * Technical English proficiency (desirable). Desirable * Experience in SAP support and maintenance projects. * Knowledge of the SAP QIM transition process to SAP S/4HANA solutions. * Ability to work autonomously in remote environments.
