Job Summary: A leading residential vertical construction company is seeking a Vertical Quality Resident to supervise construction processes and ensure on-site quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of construction processes in vertical construction projects. 2. Preparation of quality reports and improvement recommendations. 3. Monitoring of quality details in civil works and finishes. A prominent vertical construction company operating at the residential level is seeking a candidate like you to support the quality department as: **Vertical Construction Site Quality Resident** * · Requirements: * · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related Civil Engineering field. * · Experience: 3–5 years. * · Willingness to travel across various locations in Mexico City (CDMX). **Knowledge & Skills**: * · Experience in site supervision and construction processes, including deep foundations and steel structures. * · Prior experience as a site resident in civil works and finishes for residential vertical construction projects exceeding 10 stories. * · Familiarity with Milan walls, piles, and on-site cast-in-place structures. **Responsibilities**: * · Supervise the construction process across all project phases undertaken by the company. * · Conduct regular supervision visits to each assigned project. * · Perform required testing of work items. * · Generate quality reports based on site visits. * · Provide recommendations for areas requiring improvement. * · Prepare inspection checklists. * · Monitor quality-related details. **Software Proficiency**: * · Word * · Excel * · PowerPoint * · AutoCAD **We Offer**: * · Monthly net salary of $19,000 under a mixed compensation scheme. * · Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:45–18:00; Saturday, 07:45–13:00.
