Holistic development through learning, mobility, and mentoring. **Date:** May 15, 2026 **Location:** Mexico City, Mexico **Company:** deloittemx **What does a typical day in this role look like?** As a Tax IT Application Development Project Leader at Deloitte, you will lead activities related to analyzing, designing, developing, executing, testing, and implementing application development projects. You will be responsible for defining technical requirements for database structures and validating information generation in local databases using data sourced from SAP—ensuring data integrity and reliability. You will participate in platform-based projects such as .Net, applying Agile and PMP methodologies, and will configure functionality while understanding firm operations to create or improve business processes. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and knowledge backgrounds. We are driven by making a meaningful impact in everything we do. **What qualifications do you need to apply?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Computing Systems, Information Technology Management, or a related engineering field, complemented by relevant continuing education courses. * Three years of experience managing end-to-end custom web application development (including functional/non-functional requirements gathering, quoting with development teams, solution proposal preparation, development management, functional testing, security testing, release, support, and maintenance).
