Responsibilities include clinical assessment, medical guidance, diagnosis, treatment, and timely patient follow-up, guaranteeing response times under 2 minutes during working hours. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct virtual medical consultations using the telemedicine platform. * Assess symptoms, clinical history, and the patient’s general condition. * Issue medical diagnoses and prescribe treatments. * Create, update, and safeguard electronic medical records. * Provide timely medical follow-up for patients and treatment progress. * Offer preventive guidance and address medical questions. * Detect warning signs and refer patients to specialized care when necessary. * Ensure response times under 2 minutes, with a maximum of 10 minutes. * Comply with company-established medical and administrative guidelines. **Competencies** * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Clinical analytical ability and decision-making capacity. * Time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Technological adaptability. * Empathy and patient-centered orientation. * Problem-solving ability. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, with valid professional license and registration. * Experience in general medical practice. * Availability during assigned working hours. * Valid tax invoice (factura). * Personal computer or mobile device. * Stable WiFi connection.
