**Logistics Manager**
Plan, direct, and optimize warehousing and materials planning logistics operations, ensuring timely availability of supplies, inventory efficiency, and proper product distribution, aligned with the company's cost, service, and quality objectives.
**Qualifications**:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
* Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA preferred.
* 7–10 years of management experience.
* Advanced English.
* Advanced Spanish.
* Solid experience in: Warehouse operations, Materials Planning (MRP), Inventory management, and WMS/ERP system implementation.
* Experience with SAP ERP systems.
* Advanced Excel/data analysis.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations.
* Optimize warehouse layout, flows, and processes.
* Implement and monitor KPIs (inventory, accuracy, turnover, fill rate).
* Ensure control of cycle counts and physical inventories.
* Supervise the efficient use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Lead demand and supply planning processes.
* Develop procurement plans (MRP/DRP).
* Ensure optimal inventory levels (avoiding stockouts and overstocking).
* Coordinate with purchasing, production, and suppliers.
* Analyze forecasts versus actual consumption and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs.
* Lead logistics automation or digitalization projects.
* Improve cycle times and service levels.
* Lead warehouse and planning teams.
* Align logistics strategy with the supply chain.
* Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
