




Job Summary: We are seeking an Institutional Key Account Executive to develop and manage B2B commercial relationships, implement sales strategies, and achieve targets for our new line of water purifiers. Generation of commercial performance reports and portfolio tracking A leading white-goods company is looking for your talent to join its team for its new line of water purifiers as: INSTITUTIONAL KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Field Sales-related disciplines. Minimum **6 years of 100% field sales experience, B2B**, including services, furniture, hospitality/restaurant, real estate construction, specialized machinery, or related sectors. ***MANDATORY:*** Existing client portfolio and advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Office applications and CRM systems. Willingness and availability to travel. Personal vehicle — desirable. Responsibilities: Implementation of Sales Strategies. Development of Client Relationships. Account Management. Market Analysis. Achievement of Targets. Product Promotion. Product Training and Development. Reporting and Administration. Sales Closure. Account Follow-up. Activities: Identify, prospect, and contact institutional and construction clients (e.g., hotels, corporations, hospitals, universities, residential developments, construction firms, etc.) to build long-term commercial relationships. Collaborate with Engineering and Service teams to gather technical and installation requirements, ensuring accurate quotations aligned with civil works or retrofit conditions. Design and present customized technical-commercial proposals, considering volumes, maintenance, discounts, contracts, and pricing schedules. Generate commercial performance reports, profitability analyses, forecasts, and pipeline analyses for the institutional and real estate channels; ensure timely updates of the institutional client and project database jointly with Commercial and Operations teams. Portfolio recovery and follow-up (sales service, customer satisfaction surveys). We Offer: Base salary: $26,500 gross Meal vouchers: $1,400 Commission scheme Quarterly bonus: $10,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Location: 100% field sales.
