HCM Consultant We are looking for an **HCM Consultant specialized in Mexican Payroll**, to join our team and manage and optimize payroll processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and correct system operation. **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León **Modality:** On-site Responsibilities: * Administration and configuration of **Mexican payroll** processes in HCM systems. * Management of **payroll stamping (CFDI)** in accordance with current tax regulations. * Ensuring compliance with **labor and tax regulations in Mexico**. * Calculation and validation of payroll (earnings, deductions, taxes). * Handling and monitoring obligations related to **INFONAVIT**. * Support and resolution of incidents related to payroll processes. * Collaboration with internal teams for continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Proven experience as an HCM Consultant or payroll specialist. * Solid knowledge of: + Mexican payroll + Stamping (payroll CFDI) + Labor and tax legislation in Mexico + INFONAVIT * Experience with HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or others). * Attention to detail and focus on regulatory compliance. * Analytical and problem-solving skills.
