Detail-oriented, with knowledge of management systems, customer follow-up, and support for internal studio processes. * Phone and messaging (WhatsApp, social media, email) support. * Scheduling and confirmation of photography sessions. * Acquisition of new clients through follow-up and sales closure. * CRM management and basic administrative tools (Excel, Google Workspace). * Invoicing, payment tracking, and issuance of receipts. * Front-desk support and in-person customer service at the studio. * Warm and patient interaction with mothers, fathers, and young children. * Coordination with the photography team to optimize time and resources.
