Job Summary: We are seeking a CPFR Jr. to plan demand, analyze inventory, and manage replenishment, collaborating with commercial teams and retail chains. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a **CPFR Jr.** with experience in demand planning, inventory analysis, and replenishment, working closely with commercial teams, Key Account Managers (KAM), and retail chains. What will you do? Analyze inventory, sales, and turnover by: * customer * store * SKU * commercial format Generate purchase and replenishment recommendations based on: * days of inventory * sell-out * commercial strategy * promotions and seasonality Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) at retail chains such as: * Supermarkets Collaborate with KAM and Procurement teams on: * promotions * activations * merchandise movement * inventory optimization Analyze performance across AAA, AA, and A-tier stores Identify risks related to stockouts, overstock, or low turnover Support financial analysis and pricing strategy What we seek ✔ 2–3 years of experience in: * CPFR * Demand Planning * Replenishment * Supply Chain * Retail / mass consumption ✔ Experience working with retail chains ✔ Advanced Excel proficiency required ✔ KPI management experience: * days of inventory * fill rate * coverage * turnover * service level ✔ SAP or ERP system knowledge is desirable ✔ Highly analytical, results-oriented profile **Employment Offer** Gross monthly salary: **$30,000 to $35,000 MXN** SGMM Corporate mobile phone 100% statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary: $30,000.00\- $35,000.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
