Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Quotation Specialist to manage customer requests and quote reagents and consumables for Bio Cells Laboratory, ensuring optimal terms. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive and organized role managing quotations for reagents and consumables. 2. Interprets technical catalogs and negotiates with suppliers. 3. Provides technical alternatives support to the commercial department. We seek a proactive and organized Quotation Specialist to join Bio Cells Laboratory. The primary mission will be to manage customer requests, identifying and quoting reagents and consumables while guaranteeing the best price and delivery time conditions. **Main Responsibilities:** Process and prepare detailed quotations for reagents, consumables, and laboratory instrumentation. Technical interpretation of catalogs and technical data sheets to ensure product compatibility. Ongoing communication with suppliers for cost and availability updates. Support the commercial department in identifying technical alternatives for customers. Update catalogs and price lists in the internal system. **Requirements:** Minimum experience: 1 year in quotations or procurement within the medical, chemical, or laboratory sector. Knowledge: Familiarity with hospital supplies, reagents, and diagnostic equipment. Tools: Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency. Experience with SAE systems. Skills: Ability to negotiate with suppliers, excellent attention to detail, and focus on rapid response times. **We Offer:** Base salary. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
