We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** * Perform various counter operations in compliance with established regulations, always aiming to retain customers. **Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible:** * Providing customer service and assisting all users with their various counter requests. * Identifying customer needs and capitalizing on sales opportunities during interactions. * Promoting and providing information about institutional products and services to customers and users. * Handling cash, daily reconciliations, cash counts, etc. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (GRADUATED OR INTERNSHIP COMPLETED) in economics or administrative fields, verifiable. * One year of experience in customer service and sales. * Areas of experience: Sales and customer service. * Required knowledge: Sales techniques and customer service. * Flexible availability for work hours. * **Willingness to rotate across branches.** **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Banking benefits. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with availability to work Saturdays if required). * Direct hiring by the bank. * Career growth.
