Job Summary: GEPP is seeking a Territory Delivery Leader with experience in commercial management, staff development, and route supervision to ensure delivery and sales objectives are met. Leads and manages the proper implementation of tools for effective delivery GEPP, a company specializing in developing portfolios of leading brands with nationwide presence and over 40,000 employees, invites you to join its large family: ### **Position:** **Territory Delivery Leader** Work Zone: Northeast Region and Valley of Mexico, **State of Mexico**. ### **Required Skills:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Business Administration or related field. * Experience as a Delivery Leader, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods companies. Experience in commercial processes, customer acquisition, staff development, and indicator compliance. * Personnel management (unionized). ### **Talent Profile:** ‒ Unionized staff development, route supervision (80% fieldwork), and oversight/administration of teams exceeding 25 people. ‒ Daily indicator management and tracking, and achievement of delivery/sales objectives. ‒ Leads and manages the proper implementation of tools for effective delivery.
