GEPP, a portfolio development company of leading brands with nationwide presence and over 40,000 employees, invites you to join its great family: ### **Position:** **Territory Delivery Leader** Work Area: Northeast Region and Valley of Mexico, **State of Mexico**. ### **Required Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Business Administration or related field. * Experience as a Delivery Leader, preferably in mass-consumption companies. Experience in commercial processes, customer acquisition, personnel development, and KPI compliance. * Management of personnel (unionized). ### **Talent Profile:** ‒ Development of unionized personnel, route supervision (80% fieldwork), control and administration of a team of more than 25 people. ‒ Management and tracking of daily KPIs and achievement of delivery/sales objectives. ‒ Leads and manages the proper execution of tools for effective delivery.
