Coordination and supervision of quality testing QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR Objective: Ensure proper construction of pavement layers (subgrade, base, asphalt or concrete surface course), complying with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. EXPERIENCE: 10 years in Highway Projects and/or Supervision of high-specification highways Education: Licensed Civil Engineer Work Location: Villa de Reyes, San Luis Potosí Responsibilities: * Verify that materials comply with technical specifications and regulations. * Request, review, and validate quality certificates and laboratory test results. * Coordinate and supervise field and laboratory quality tests. * Ensure tests are conducted according to methodology, frequency, and using calibrated equipment. * Observe and validate construction processes per established standards and procedures. * Prepare quality control reports and maintain technical and photographic records. * Compile and update the project’s quality logbook and traceability documentation. * Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions. * Coordinate with the contractor and supervision team to correct deviations. * Support technical meetings, process validation, and continuous improvement, ensuring safe and environmentally compliant conditions. SALARY: $28,000 NET \+ Statutory benefits \+ Life insurance.
