Our operations are distributed across 1 production plant, 3 warehouses, and 1 corporate floor, all operating under strict compliance with health authority regulations in Mexico We are currently seeking talent: ***PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PHARMACEUTICAL)*** *Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Pharmacy, Food Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; professional license and official title required* Experience: 3 years in a similar position Knowledge: Current health regulations, NOM 059\-SSA, NOM 072\-SSA, NOM\- 073 SSA, WHO guidelines, General Health Law, Regulation of Health Inputs, and COFEPRIS guidelines. Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and regulations * Supervise the proper execution of production processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Guarantee timely and accurate execution and completion of the production schedule * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) * Plan and monitor monthly production activities across various production departments * Implement and follow up on preventive maintenance programs for facilities, equipment, and related assets * Manage and maintain updated attendance records, overtime reports, and incident logs * Liaise with suppliers We offer: * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * 20 days' year-end bonus **Work schedule: Shift work (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)** *Work location: Near Rosario metro station* Apply now and become part of this family!
