We are seeking a talented **Electromechanical Technician II** to join our team, specializing in the **metal mechanical industry**, for **Cummins** in **Cienega de Flores** In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Ensure proper operation of machinery in the area. * Quickly and efficiently diagnose potential failures to minimize impact on production line continuity. * Apply safety procedures according to the nature of the work to be performed. * Execute maintenance programs on time and as scheduled. * Identify potential risks and correct them before failures occur. * Diagnose and repair failures effectively to minimize impact on customers. **To succeed in this role, you will need the following:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in the CNC field. * Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting failures in equipment with PLCs. * Knowledge of OKUMA equipment. * Knowledge of ABB, FANUC, and Mitsubishi robots. * Knowledge of torque tools and tightening systems. * Essential knowledge of the LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) safety system. * Proficiency with multimeters, ammeters, and hand tools. * Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen. * Experience working at heights and using platforms. * Experience reading drawings (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic). * Technical English. **Competencies:** * Responsible * Self-directed * Versatile * Dynamic * Disciplined * Teamwork **Education/Experience:** Technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Systems) **Job** Manufacturing **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** On\-site with Flexibility **Job Type** Shop **ReqID** 2427306 **Relocation Package** No **100% On\-Site** Yes Due to the operational nature and specific job duties of this role, work is required to be completed 100% in person/On\-site.
