**LATAM Accounts Payable Analyst**
**About the role**
As a *LATAM Accounts Payable Analyst* at CBRE, you will be responsible for validating, recording, and analyzing invoices within the Procure\-to\-Pay (PTP) cycle for various Latin American countries, with special focus on Colombian tax processes. This role requires precision, analytical ability, and a solid understanding of local withholding taxes to ensure compliance with internal policies and tax regulations, while maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal users.
**Your responsibilities**
* Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders within the PTP cycle.
* Analyze invoices and documents originating from LATAM, especially Colombia.
* Identify fiscal and commercial inconsistencies according to local regulations.
* Record invoices in local and foreign currencies, ensuring accounting accuracy.
* Follow up on intercompany transactions.
* Reconcile accounts payable-related general ledger accounts.
* Support and respond to suppliers and internal users across the region.
* Review bank reconciliations and prepare administrative reports for the department.
**What you need**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (degree required).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
* Experience in *invoice processing* and processes in Colombia.
* Knowledge of Colombian withholding taxes: income tax, VAT (IVA), and industry and commerce tax (ICA).
* Experience with bank reconciliations.
* Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, database management).
* Shared Service Center (SSC) experience is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing and PeopleSoft experience (desirable).
