The wealth advisor supports families and business owners in protecting their assets and planning for their future through life insurance, savings, and investment products. This role is designed for professionals seeking to build their own practice within a strong institutional framework. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and consolidate a personal client portfolio. * Analyze each client’s financial situation and propose solutions aligned with their wealth objectives. * Provide post-sale follow-up: policy renewals, adjustments, and ongoing advisory support. **Compensation Structure** This is a commission-based position. Income derives from commissions on placed policies and portfolio retention, plus performance bonuses and referral incentives. No base salary is provided.
