Position Summary: This Estimates Supervisor role involves ensuring the proper execution of structural works by validating cost estimates and monitoring physical-financial progress. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and validation of cost estimates and work progress reports ESTIMATES SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE: 8 years in Projects and/or Supervision of Land Transportation Infrastructure on High-Specification Highways, SICT Regulations. Education: Licensed Civil Engineer / Architect Work Location: Villa de Reyes, San Luis Potosí OBJECTIVE: Ensure all structural works (bridges, culverts, overpasses, retaining walls, etc.) are executed correctly, with quality, safety, and in strict compliance with drawings and specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review and validate the contractor’s monthly cost estimates, ensuring alignment with actual work volumes completed and contract unit prices. * Verify consistency between physical progress and financial progress, identifying deviations, delays, or cost overruns. * Participate in field measurements and validate work volumes using technical and documentary evidence. * Prepare control reports and physical-financial progress curves. * Coordinate with specialty supervisors and the contractor to address observations and clarifications. * Maintain updated records and archives of cost estimates, payments, advances, and supporting documents, ensuring traceability for audits and final financial closure of the contract.
