Plastic injection company seeks an Accounting Assistant **Objective** Ensure compliance with Federal and State obligations **Requirements** Student and/or intern in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field **Minimum desired experience:** 6 months in general accounting * Proficiency in using the CONTPAQi Accounting system * Experience with SAT platform * Filing of DIOT * Recording of income, expense, and journal entries in dual-currency balances (pesos and US dollars) * Experience in monthly closings * Bank reconciliations * Determination of foreign exchange gain or loss. **Responsibilities** * Recording of accounting entries for income, expenses, provisions, and other financial transactions. * Reconciliations * Preparation of schedules and reports * Inventory generation * Attendance at CONTPAQ COMMERCIAL system training sessions, and, if necessary, CONTPAQ i Accounting system training **Skills and competencies:** * Honesty and integrity * Ethics, confidentiality, and commitment * Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility * Analytical and numerical ability * Organization and planning * Effective communication and teamwork * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement **We offer:** * Weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Monthly food vouchers * Savings fund * Uniform Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,193.04 - $9,999.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Employee referral program * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Application question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * Which ERP system are you familiar with?
