Position Objective: Carries out the investigation process for claims suspected of fraud, applying the established methodology to determine whether an attempted fraud is confirmed or not, and through effective communication with various business lines, detects, prevents, mitigates, combats, and timely halts claims that could harm the company, thereby contributing to achieving Antifraud’s cost-saving targets and service-level goals. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate external providers’ participation in claim investigations by defining investigative lines and gathering information and documentation to reach a final determination. * Document assigned cases with legal evidence supporting the elements constituting the crime of fraud, either in its attempted or consummated form. * Implement internal fraud mitigation measures across different business areas and/or through tools provided by the company. * Continue promoting an anti-fraud culture through training for employees, intermediaries, and providers to increase detection of suspicious cases and cost savings. * Collaborate with the insurance sector through various working groups to fulfill information reporting obligations, exchange data, align practices, and comply with sectoral agreements related to fraud prevention and detection. * Manage UNE and CONDUSEF complaints within optimal timeframes and with necessary legal documentation to ensure the fastest possible response. * Analyze information using databases and automated alerts to improve and/or detect unreported attempted frauds and/or frauds by operations. * Support and follow up on tracking requests from Service, Legal, and Claims teams, verifying delivery of sufficient information to respond to customers, regulatory channels, or authorities. * Provide feedback to reporters regarding cases flagged with suspected fraud via internal communication tools to enhance reporting effectiveness. * Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance regulatory framework (Insurance Contract Law, general policy conditions, contracts) is desirable. Requirements: * Academic background: Completed bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Administration, Criminalistics, and/or Economics * Language: Basic English (desirable) * Type and duration of experience: Minimum 2 years in the insurance sector, in Regulatory, Claims, or Fraud areas. * Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance regulatory framework (Insurance Contract Law, general policy conditions, contracts) is desirable. * Tools: Microsoft Office **LOCATION: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, and CDMX** **What We Offer You** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better each day.
