Your role will be to transform construction operations into financial information for decision-making, ensuring adherence to current legal regulations. **Your Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Accounting\-Tax Strategy and Control * Financial Leadership: Supervise and issue opinions on financial statements, ensuring information is accurate, truthful, and timely for senior management. Tax Obligations: Manage compliance with tax obligations, filings, and payments—including taxes, contributions, and subsidies—in accordance with applicable regulations. * Audit Management: Coordinate external audits to deliver clean financial and tax audit reports without findings or observations. * Asset Recovery: Lead the application for and follow-up on VAT refunds and favorable balances. * Authority Liaison: Respond expertly to requests from SAT and other institutions, ensuring compliance with legislation. 2\. Construction Project Financial Control * Project Reconciliation: Conduct monthly budgetary control, summarize financial information per project, and analyze project-level financial indicators (CPI, CV, Current Liquidity, ROI, etc.). * Specialized Services Management: Validate fiscal **(REPSE)** and financial compliance of contractors, controlling withholdings, guarantee funds, and advance amortization. * Margin Analysis: Present segmented income statements by project (Cost Centers) to provide visibility into the actual profitability of each construction project. * Risk Management: Administer the full lifecycle of surety bonds (advance payment, hidden defects) and safeguard the company’s assets. 3\. Payroll * "La Raya" Validation: Approve weekly and biweekly payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with IMSS/INFONAVIT requirements **(SUA, IDSE, SIPARE)** and accurate final settlement calculations. * Leadership and Teamwork: Manage the accounting team’s work plan, supervise and validate deliverables, provide feedback, and foster accounting team development. * Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare cash flow reports to ensure fund availability for payroll and critical operations. **Requirements:** * ·Education: **Certified Public Accountant (Mandatory).** * Experience: Over 5 years in managerial or supervisory roles, **with verifiable experience in construction companies of at least 3 years.** * Knowledge: **Expert-level mastery of NIFs, Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, SIROC, and REPSE.** Tools: * Advanced Excel (Macros and Pivot Tables) * Specialized software (NOI, Neodata/Opus preferred). **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Analytical ability * **Leadership** * **Ability to delegate and teach,** * **Unwavering integrity** * Strategic business vision Salary: $48,000.00 \- $52,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Gym membership * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
