Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle file integration, feasibility analysis, quotation, issuance and control of surety bonds, and portfolio management—with an analytical mindset and attention to detail. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in Insurance and Surety Brokerage or Surety Company. 2. Ability to interpret financial statements and understand contracts. 3. Skill in identifying risks and tolerating regulatory rigidity. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting technician student (in progress) or incomplete degree; or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum and desirable 2 years in similar roles within an Insurance and Surety Brokerage firm or directly at a Surety Company. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * a) Interpretation and analysis of financial statements (essential for assessing the principal’s solvency and counter-guarantees). * b) Contract comprehension (review of penalty clauses and obligations to be guaranteed). * c) Proficiency with surety company portals (rapid issuance systems). * d) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Flawless written Spanish. **Main Responsibilities** * **Single-File Integration:** Collect and validate legal and financial documentation from clients (individuals and legal entities), in accordance with Article 492 of the LISF (Anti-Money Laundering Regulations). * **Feasibility and Guarantee Analysis:** Assess the applicant’s moral and economic solvency to determine the appropriate counter-guarantee structure (joint obligors, real estate encumbrances, etc.). * **Quotation and Placement:** Negotiate with various surety companies on the panel to secure optimal premium rates and surety lines for the firm’s clients. * **Issuance and Control:** Process physical and/or digital issuance of surety bonds, endorsements, and cancellations. * **Portfolio Management and After-Sales Service:** Monitor the status of active surety bonds, track renewals and extensions, and execute timely collections management. * **Data entry into internal CRM system.** **Behavioral Competencies** * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to detect hidden risks in a balance sheet or construction contract. * **Attention to Detail:** Tolerance for the regulatory rigidity required by the sector (a single error in a surety bond text may invalidate the guarantee). * **Sense of Urgency:** Understanding that clients’ tenders and contract signings depend on timely issuance of surety bonds. **IN ADDITION TO SALARY, AN EXCELLENCE BONUS IS OFFERED:** $2,000\.00 MXN, SUBJECT TO APPLICABILITY TERMS **AND AN ANNUAL MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTION BONUS:** EQUAL TO THE PROPORTION OF ANNUAL WORK AND PERFORMANCE.
