Equipment maintenance and service quality assurance **Date:** Feb 28, 2026 **Location:** Campeche / Villahermosa, Mexico **Company:** Vitalmex Internacional **Vitalmex Group with over 40 years of participation** **in the evolution and development of the Health Sector** Seeking top talent for: **Service Supervisor** **Position Overview:** Supervise and coordinate operational activities at assigned hospitals through the operation technicians team; this includes resolving daily issues; monitoring each hospital’s quota; controlling folios and procedures; and other tasks to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. * Coordinate staff distribution and resource availability for executing contractually established procedures and for meeting the hospital’s daily surgical schedule. * Manage inventory of necessary supplies based on the bill of materials, procedure scheduling, and hospital trends to ensure timely and appropriate availability of supplies for proper service delivery. * Manage and verify preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, as well as equipment operating conditions for surgeries, to guarantee service delivery. * Request and verify preparation of service delivery reports to obtain required information for contract initiation. * Record supervision reports for each hospital visit to deliver them to the corresponding department. * Record and document productivity to report billing and generate statistics reflecting compliance percentage and to prepare patient lists. * Manage supplies according to the bill of materials to ensure proper service delivery. * Supervise technicians’ activities to ensure service delivery complies with the current contract and established policies. * Manage return of damaged instruments according to the established process and ensure instruments are in optimal condition for service delivery. * Maintain optimal inventory at each facility and ensure stock levels, while tracking correct folio disbursement to maintain adequate supply control. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Engineering degrees related to the Health field (degree holder). * **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office, Medical Equipment, SAP, Hospital Department Operations. * **Work Experience:** Hospital sector, Sales, and quota fulfillment.
