**Job Opening: Corporate Sales Executive – Visual Advertising & Facades** **Position:** Senior Corporate Sales Executive **Department:** Outdoor Advertising / Commercial Branding / Brand Architecture **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Work Mode:** On-site with corporate visits \+ Partial home office **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect and acquire AAA corporate accounts (retail, banking, automotive, consumer goods). * Design customized proposals for exterior branding: totems, facades, signage, showrooms, etc. * Manage commercial relationships with CMOs, marketing, procurement, and trade marketing teams. * Negotiate annual or campaign-based agreements with a focus on return on investment (ROI). * Coordinate with production, design, legal, and logistics teams to ensure end-to-end project delivery. **Requirements:** * **\+5 years in B2B sales** (media, retail, DOOH, commercial architecture, advertising). * Experience closing high-value projects (**minimum 1 MDP per deal**). * Strong presentation skills for senior executives and ability to negotiate integrated solutions. * Portfolio featuring projects with brands such as banks, retail chains, automotive companies, etc. * Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar). * **English proficiency** **Additional assets (preferred but not required):** * Active client portfolio in key industries. * Technical knowledge of materials, structures, or physical advertising installation. **What We Offer** * **Project-based commissions** (subject to fulfillment of conditions and commercial policies) * **Fixed base salary** * **Savings fund** * Internal creative, technical, and legal support for project execution. * Growth opportunities, networking, and commercial positioning. * Participation in trade fairs, events, and business matchmaking sessions. * Tools to effectively carry out your responsibilities.
