We are looking for a **Track and Trace Assistant** to join our freight operations team and ensure every load is monitored, updated, and executed at the highest standard. **Position Overview** The **Track and Trace Assistant** role is responsible for maintaining real time visibility of loads, communicating with carriers and customers, and escalating issues before they impact service. This position plays a critical role in our brokerage operations by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive problem\-solving. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and track active brokerage loads through TMS, carrier communication, and tracking platforms * Ensure **on\-time pickup and delivery** by proactively addressing service delays or exceptions * Communicate load status updates to customers and internal teams * Escalate **DEFCON\-level or high\-impact service issues** for immediate resolution * Maintain accurate documentation and notes within the TMS for every load * Support carrier reassignments, recoveries, and last\-minute coverage as needed * Collaborate with brokerage sales, carrier reps, and dispatch teams to maintain service levels **Requirements** * 1\+ years in freight brokerage, dispatch, or tracking \& tracing preferred * Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and confident) * Proficient with TMS platforms, load boards, and tracking software * Ability to multi\-task in a high\-volume environment and remain calm under pressure * Detail\-oriented with strong organizational skills * Reliable technology setup (desktop/laptop, strong internet connection, dual monitors preferred) **Why Join GH Logistics?** * Work in a **fast\-paced, growth\-focused** brokerage operation * Join a team that values **proactive problem\-solving and operational excellence** * Opportunities for **career growth** into carrier sales, load planning, and leadership roles * Competitive pay and benefits package **Available Schedules:** * 7 AM \- 5 PM CST (San Antonio Texas Time zone) **Before applying, ensure you are comfortable with the following:** * Can work on any US hours (CST). * Comfortable being in a rotational shift depending on business needs * Using Hubstaff throughout shift * Being in the zoom throughout shift (start to end) **Apply here:** https://form.jotform.com/team/223637029233049/TrackAndTraceAssistant Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $14,500\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Explain any trucking or dispatching experience you have had in a previous supply chain. * Are you able to multitask and keep consistent effective communication in english with your team? * Do you have a remote setup capable of being on a zoom throughout your shift with your team in real time ? * What types of loads and lanes have you tracked most frequently in your past role (e.g., dry van, reefer, retail, time\-sensitive freight)?
