WE ARE SEEKING A RECRUITER: The Call Center located south of Mexico City is looking for a Recruiter specialist in attracting, selecting, and evaluating candidates with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure—ensuring high-performing teams in customer service and early-stage collections. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field (professional license and degree certificate required). Two years of verifiable experience in a similar role (recruiting and selecting customer service agents, collection agents, and supervisory, quality assurance, and managerial positions). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory (Word, Excel / Intermediate level, PowerPoint). Knowledge of the call center industry and experience in both operational and strategic call center roles. Proficiency in recruitment tools and technology: job boards, social media, and candidate filtering software. Experience drafting job advertisements for various organizational positions. Persuasive and effective communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently for large-scale, urgent hiring processes, as well as reducing turnover. Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) in recruitment and selection.
